This week I scratched the surface of adding some resistance exercise by doing some push ups. ![]() Doing that for a couple weeks has shed light on my eating habits, so I'm now paying better attention to my daily calorie intake. So I started using the myfitnesspal app, and I logged everything down to 25 calorie servings of animal crackers. I think we all know most of us aren't honest with ourselves about what and how much we consume daily. I started with something simple: counting calories. This time I've been trying to ease myself into it by making small changes a little bit at a time. I'm back at it trying to lose some weight again though. That's where I think I've failed in the past trying to make an overnight change and expecting it to last. Century Club - For those who have lost or would like to lose 100lb+. ![]()
